According to Coco Chanel, “A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous.” I couldn’t agree more—especially when a birthday is in the mix. I think a lot of women lose sight of this notion when it comes time to get dressed for a big event, such as a birthday. (Think down-to-here tops and up-to-there mini skirts.) Personally, I prefer looks that are a bit more modest, but fashion forward and fun!
